W Residences, Hollywood, CA

For the W Residences in Hollywood, we completed a wallpaper replacement project in two areas: the main lobby and an adjacent corridor.

Key tasks included:
– careful removal of old wallpaper,
– detailed wall preparation,
– installation of new Type II commercial vinyl wallpaper by Wolf-Gordon.

Project challenges and features:
– working height of 18 feet,
– suspended ceiling system: wallpaper had to be installed behind ceiling panels,
– limited access to upper wall areas,
– active residential environment: all work was done with minimal noise and no disruption to residents.

The project was completed on time. We documented the entire process — from prep to the final result. Photos will be added to the site shortly.
